At D.I.D, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse processes your refund or exchange.
